Good bookkeeping starts with clear expectations.
What counts as a transaction?
Generally, individual statement lines and journal-entry legs count toward monthly volume. Detailed invoices, bills, or credits may count by line when they create additional bookkeeping work.
Is QuickBooks Online included?
Keeping QBO updated is included in the bookkeeping workflow. Software subscription arrangements and any special integrations are confirmed during onboarding.
Do you file GST or PST?
GST/PST filing can be added to a monthly plan. It is always quoted as an add-on rather than silently bundled into the base price.
What if I have more than one company?
The Organization plan is designed for connected entities and pooled volume. Additional entities are priced separately after we understand their activity and reporting needs.
